Q. How do I view the products?
A. Just click once on the photograph of an item and it will appear on a new page. When you double click on the photograph again, a closeup view will appear in a new window. Multiple photographs are connected to many items such as in the case in the greeting cards. When the image appears in the closeup view box, you will be able to move from one of these images to another by using the "Next" and "Previous" arrows appearing near the bottom of the new page.
Q. Do you accept checks or money orders since I prefer not to order by credit card online?
A. No, but that won't you prevent your ability to order our products. Simply complete the form below and ask for a printable Order Form. One will be sent to you by email which you can print and return with your check or money order. If you don't have the ability to print out the form, just provide us with your mailing address and we'd be happy to send one to you!
Q. The price on your greeting cards is so reasonable! Does that mean they are of an inferior quality?
A. Absolutely, not! Our customers constantly comment that they feel our greeting cards are even BETTER in quality and style than those from the big card companies. Frankly, they are more than pleasantly surprised! We pride ourselves in producing high quality products that are printed in the United States!
Q. Who writes the text for your cards?
A. I do! Occasionally, I will use a quotation I feel is appropriate, but always give credit to the author when it is known. I strive to design my cards with the recipients in mind. Using that perspective, I work back from the words that I believe will be most meaningful to them. You, as the sender, can then decide if a given sentiment conveys the message that feels right to you.
Q. Do you accept photos from other photographers to be made into cards or gift items for sale on your website?
A. Sorry, no. The photo on one card, #1533, was taken by a good friend of mine and the old family photos were obviously taken before my time, but otherwise all of the other photos were taken by me.
Q. Can you create custom cards or other products for personal usage using my personal photos?
A. At some time in the future, pricing and a system for submitting requests for custom jobs will be available on our website. Until then, if you have a request for a custom job, please send a request via the form below. Please note that a design charge will apply to each project and the cost per item will be dependent upon the quantity and type of project requested. All custom jobs require written approval of a price quote and design approval before production. Once approval has been received, payment is required. It is important to note, too, that designs copyrighted by another individual or company can NOT be used without written release from the owner of that copyright. Obtaining release would be your responsibility.
Q. Do you share personal information such as names, email and physical addresses with any other service?
A. The answer is no! Your information is used solely on our website for the purpose of shipping, billing, and sending occasional email newsletters for subscribers. Our newsletters include either information about new products, craft shows we are participating in, and/or special offers. If you haven't already done so, please sign up for the newsletter today using the sign up option on the Home page.
