Shipping

The amount you pay for shipping is based upon your pre-tax order amount. Your order will be shipped via either USPS, UPS Ground, or FedEx ground depending upon your location. If, for some reason, you need delivery earlier than one of these standard methods, please contact us and we will make an adjustment to your order. Please note this will, in most cases, require an additional fee. You will be advised of this fee before proceeding with the shipping.

Most orders are shipped within 3 days of receipt of your order. In the event delivery is to be made to a zip code in close proximity to our location, two additional options, based upon your zip code, will appear on the checkout page for either free pickup or free delivery. With either of these options, it will be necessary for you to contact us through our Contact Us link so we can make arrangements that are convenient for you.

Returns Policy

Your COMPLETE satisfaction is our goal! While we strive to ensure all of our products are of the highest quality and that you will be happy with them, we understand there may be reasons you may not be satisfied.

You may return items within 120 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. If the error was due to your receipt of an incorrect or defective item, we'll also pay the return shipping costs.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and make note of the order number. Please use the "Contact Us" link on the homepage to send us an email or use our toll free fax/voicemail account regarding the problem with your order so we can address it in the manner which is best for you. There may be cases when it will be best for us to simply send a corrected item to you rather than arranging for an exchange.

If  the decision is made that your item is to be returned for a refund, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
